Counterpoint Pilates is the only studio in Kalamazoo that offers Stott Pilates. Elizabeth Schmidt is the sole owner and instructor of the business.

Below are all the documents I have created for Counterpoint Pilates as a Public Relations Practitioner from September 2013 until December 2013.
I created a Client Research Report and Fact Sheet to offer general information about Elizabeth Schmidt and Counterpoint Pilates.
Objectives
1. To inform college students of the health benefits of Pilates and persuade them to practice at Counterpoint Pilates.
2. To inform mothers of the health benefits of Pilates and persuade them to practice at Counterpoint Pilates.
Strategies
My strategy was to first introduce newcomers to Pilates, then persuade them to partake in the activity. Once that newcomer becomes a client, they talk about Counterpoint Pilates and more business is generated through word-of-mouth.
Tactics
In order to achieve our first objective, I utilized social media and created a Twitter, Instagram, and Blog for Counterpoint Pilates. I would post at night, when college students were most likely to be social networking. Moreover, I created a speech and presentation that Elizabeth could use in college classrooms about the health benefits of Pilates and why her business is the best option.
To achieve our second objective, I created feature stories about Elizabeth Schmidt and one of her clients. I also made, newsletters, Public Service Announcements, Memos, and a Media Advisory to attract an older clientele who isn't as likely to be on social media.
